Changing Perspective
Some things cause me to rethink attitudes and even pause to judge. I get upset with a poor golf game and forget how many people would love to just be able to play golf.
It bothers me when drivers are flying by me so fast and I get upset until I realize they are on their way to the hospital for a family emergency.
I moan at some TV broadcasts and then reflect on all the blind people who will never SEE TV. And when I complain about how hot and humid it is and then see people in nursing homes who will never get out to experience any kind of weather.
Changing Perspective was a challenge from Jesus. He loved everyone, helped everyone no matter what they did or said. Help me Lord to be more open and less judgmental.
