Spiritual Reflection

This morning at mass, I was reminded of how often Jesus was asked to perform a miracle of healing and how often He responded with Good News.  I’m sure that is the subject of a lot of prayers.  And God expects us to continue asking…then He knows we are depending on Him.  So Don’t Wait!

Then I was at a funeral of a friend this morning, and saw how difficult it was to express feelings of sorrow and sympathy because of Covid rules and procedures.  It was not a normal time for family and friends and people just couldn’t really communicate how they felt.  So it was easy to understand that these feelings need to be expressed early and often.  So Don’t Wait!

Josh taught this well.  He told his girlfriend that he was going to the jewelry store to get the ring that she always wanted but he couldn’t because the store was still not open.  Don’t Wait til you can’t!
